If an employe is given over unreservedly to the service and direction of another employer it creates the relation of master and servant as between such employe and such other employer; but such new relation cannot be thrust upon the servant without his knowledge and consent. Before such new relationship can be made effective the servant must understand that he is submitting himself to the control of the new master.
