We have for review Aetna Insurance Co. v. Norman, 444 So.2d 1124 (Fla. 3d DCA 1984), based upon express and direct conflict with Risk Management Services, Inc. v. McCraney, 420 So.2d 374 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982). This case deals with the extent of a workers compensation insurers lien{/Cite} on the proceeds of a third party settlement when that settlement is less than full value of the claim because of the claimants comparative negligence. We are particularly concerned with the amount and duration of the adjustment to future workers compensation benefits. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, Â§ 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
